I said that Halo was a great game, it just didn't bring anything innovative to the table after the first one. I dont see how that registers as a bias against the 360.

The concept and design behind this game is definitely there. They just failed to execute. There is a future for this game, its up to Silicon Knights to decide whether they want it to reach its full potential or not.

I would think they would really start examining the gameplay aspects for the sequel.
Personally, I think this is more "XBOX 360's Killzone" than it is Haze or Lair. The original title had a lot of hype along with a good concept, but didn't execute well. Given SK's track record, I would expect the second one to be a lot better, but we'll see. Some developers can start going sour after a while (see: Rare)

I haven't pirated the game, but the whole point of pirating this game like crazy is to show that
a) It doesn't even work
b) If you pull off sh*t like this you'll lose sales
c) That you screw over the people who actually pay for the game
